To start, click Schedule a Pickup on our site. First, you’ll chose your pickup and delivery times. Next, let us know if you have any special instructions for your order. Once you submit your laundry delivery order, you’ll get a text confirmation with a link to track it every step of the way.

On the day of your pickup, you’ll get an ETA when our full-time Fresh team member is en route to your home or business. You do not need to be home for either your pickup or delivery. In fact, most customers just leave their laundry on the porch or in a secure area for a contactless experience.

Free laundry pickup and delivery is available every day from 7am-11am.
